Unique experience - old world charm, interesting room, comfortable bed, clean. Liked to nespresso.
Didn’t store luggage which was a bit inconvenient - I was able to use Stasher but would have preferred leaving it there.

The bath in the room was a massive bonus.
The location is great.
Its all very quiet.
The shower could do with fixing as the head is broken and base with flood.
Bubble bath wouldve been a bonus.
A menu of what drinks could have been brought would have made us consider buying some.

Great location in the centre of York with a nice character to it
High level cleaning could have been better, no natural air in the bathroom so a noisy fan

The toiletries good
The staff very good and helpful
The location
Shower leaking
Crack in sink
Mirror in bathroom you have to bend over to see and the one in room I had to move to try and get better lighting because lighting not good
Couldn’t close window seemed to be in a fixed position
And next to a bar garden so can be noisy and smoking
