It’s was clean & has everything you will need to be self catering, very well styled with modern fixtures & fittings👍
The Tv is on the wrong wall to be able to watch in bed.
We has some workmen working outside our window at 8:30 on the morning not what you need with a hang over

Fantastic location near Micklegate. 15 minutes from the city centre, 5 from the train station and 2 from the walls. Micklegate was where royals used to enter the city and where Richard of York's head was displayed on a spike. Some real history there. Property feels new. I believe it was recently renovated. Room was clean with all the amenities expected. Looks like the photos. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definately stay again. Ideal for York.
There was an unpleasant smell at times in both the lobby and apartment. It wasnt constant but around enough to be off putting. No idea what it was but reminded me of toilet spray.

The location of the apartment was excellent, lots of great restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. It was also new and very clean. The staff were also helpful
The apartment was very hot, we couldn't sleep at night for the heat. We asked about air con but there was none available in the apartment. We had to leave a fan on during the day and also throughout the night to try to cool the apartment down but it didn't really help. The window did not open wide enough to let any fresh air into the apartment. There was also a weird smell in the whole building, it smelled like a drainage problem.

"The quiet, the address is very convenient for the city. Oleana on reception very graciously helped me move rooms at the start of my stay (4 nights)"
