The hotel is located in a very nice and safe area, we enjoyed our time.
having the same breakfast option for all days was not good, but plenty of options to eat nearby

Spacious apartment for a family of 4. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was a bit bare but could make some basic items. Location is fantastic, very close to the Mi Teleferico Yellow line station of Sopocachi. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy to get a taxi if you wish. And they held our large suitcase for one night as we visited Uyuni, which was very helpful!
Elevator is oddly located. You need to climb about 5 stairs to get to the elevator and after getting to your floor you need to climb another 4-5 stairs to get to your apartment.

The room was huge. It was an apartment and nice to have the living room area although we didn’t need to use the kitchen. Location is good in a nice neighbourhood close to many good restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was nice with fresh eggs and lots of different pastries and biscuits.
Our bed was quite uncomfortable. The jacuzzi bath did not work. The swimming pool and sauna steam room was extremely tired looking and in a strange back part of the hotel. We tried it once for 5 minutes and didn’t return as it felt abandoned.
We had to ask for toilet paper each day because they only left one roll in the room. This isn’t the properties fault but cars (maybe taxis) would park up outside and honk their horns all night
