Great property in a perfect location. Real old world charm with a chandelier in the restaurant. Service was unbelievable. Included breakfast was excellent. Large quiet bedrooms with turn down service.
I was escorted by George to an ATM when having trouble. The Front Desk even exchanged money for me. Constanza made custom drinks to my taste to liven the day. The Manager on Duty provided wine directions and even menu recommendations at local restaurants. Truly a fabulous experience.

Comfortable room and bed, pretty view, amazing breakfast, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel decor was beautiful and comfortable. Spa was very nice. Above and beyond my expectations.

The location is good and the common areas are an attractive design. Complimentary minibar.
Staff are friendly but the service is on the slow side. Style of the room furniture is a bit dated. No bottle opener in room and shower confusing to work. We had to leave early to catch a flight before breakfast started so can't comment on that.

The location and friendly staff.
My room was very noisy from street music and when I complained I was moved to 8 story but the noise of air conditioning units outside (on the roof) was very load. I did not get much sleep.
It is extremely overpriced
