Very cozy, all facilities are good. The room is cleanliness and facilitated. Staffs are also nice. I would stay here for my next trip.

It would be better if having a cart or club car to take guest to Hoi Anh Ancient Maket. The breakfast line is quite small.

The Manager and his staff were so nice and friendly, always greeted us with smiles. We felt very special and loved talking to them.

Great location away from old town but still easy to walk. Quiet and staff ( Vy NA) was a big help. Rooms were big and clean with lots of fresh air.

Good location, not immediately in the town centre, but a short walk from all the touristy streets, quiet area with a view. Nice, big clean and modern room. Comfortable bed and nice pool area although it was too cold to use for our stay.

The staff were nice and helpful. The pool is nice.

It was fully light in the room by 6 am because the bathroom window doesn’t have a curtain and it streams right into the room. There wasn’t a single drawer to unpack. The room was tiny and a bad setup creating no space whatsoever to move. The bathroom was lacking hooks and places to have toiletries. There were dirty fabric lamps and just a general unclean feeling that could be resolved by removing a few things.
