Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here in Hoi An. Firstly we were met by the most lovely staff, Spring, she gave us a lot of information about the town and some recommendations on tours/places to eat etc. We had a really comfortable room. Location was excellent very close to the old town- 10 mins walk or less. The staff really made a difference to our stay. They are all very kind and helpful with anything that you need. We met with Spring, lily, Helen and kimmi during our stay. We had the breakfast on two mornings and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend this property for people coming to stay in Hoi An. Thank you for a wonderful trip

The shower in the bath was a little awkward to use but it didn’t take anything away from our experience at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay.

The staff and location are fantastic

Staff (Spring, Lily, Kimmi, Helen) where the friendliest human beings I've met in a long time. They were extremely attentive and eager to anticipate their guests' needs, always ready to assist whenever help was needed.
