Staff are brilliant, they really went above and beyond. The suite room is lovely and spacious with big bathroom and also balcony. Its very clean and cleaners are lovely, left me lots of free water. Quick room service with tasty food from the restaurant although i didn’t like the buffet breakfast at all. Comfortable bed but not comfortable pillows.
It’s not close to the tourist centre but the transport links are good. Direct bus from right outside the hotel.

I can hear women moaning from the other rooms. And its very loud, its very bad when you are traveling with family

The breakfast was good. But for all 3 days it was the same dishes so varieties were not much
service is ok but on 2nd days i invited 3 friends for the breakfast. I informed at the reception before going to the buffet hall for the breakfast.But employees at breakfast run after me like I am going to steal some thing. So they collected the money while we were doing the breakfast which was very annoying and shameful for me in front of 3 guests. When I informed them forehand they should wait till we finish our breakfast and than bring the bill.
