This place is wonderful! It was perfect for 3 generations for a long weekend….it would have been perfect for a longer stay too! Everything was as described on the listing, only better. We will be back!

This was a very nice getaway. Plenty of rm for 13 of us. The kids were disappointed about shuffle board. Not sure why its there if you cant play it. Needs sand, although reading some of the reviews it was mentioned i thought the owner would have added sand. The place was clean and very comfortable. The view was very relaxing with plenty of seating. I gave this 5 star due to how accommodating it was. We are planning on being back next yr. Even if i have to bring sand.

The river is best on sat & sun. So clear & pretty. The river generates for power so moving fast mon- fri. The house was beautiful with all the wood work. Would definately go back!

The house was perfect for our large group. Very nice and comfortable. We loved the privacy of the woods and saw wildlife daily. Kids loved the shuffleboard table! The river was fun to swim in but a little fast flowing when the dam is open. Lake Greeson is very close and provides boat rentals. Would definitely go back!

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. A couple of problems that need to be addressed are the trash bins at the road. They were so full, there was no where to put our trash. It was overflowing. A couple of bedroom doors would not close and there was an ant problem in the kitchen. This is our 4 th year to stay and we really enjoy the cabin, but there seems to be some need for a little maintenance. I’m sure we will be staying again.

Cabin was absolutely wonderful. Great price, friendly owner, perfect location. We had 8 adults and 3 kiddos staying with overnight we had other family members stop by and never once were we ever cramped.
The place was pretty well clean. Everything you needed to cook.
All the TVs worked great!
Shuffleboard desperately needed salt but we didn’t come to play shuffleboard.
It was a great place, a great time! We already have our next trips booked this will be a bi yearly place we come to stay!

Cabin was nice but the location on the river made up for any shortcomings. It was totally enjoyable for our group of ten aged 8-68. Very enjoyable! I would strongly recommend and hope to stay again.

The cabin was very beautiful, spacious and peaceful. Also very close to the Crater of Diamonds park. The river was also fun to play in, just be aware when they open the Co-Op opens the gates. We had a great time and the property owners went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. They were very accommodating and answered every call we made. We will definitely be back.

A great location! So close to the park for diamond hunting and relaxing on the decks by the river was perfect for reconnecting with family. Loved the pine wood throughout the cabin!

This cabin was an amazing find for our group. The cabin was so clean when we arrived. It was spacious and easy to entertain in. I loved that the bedrooms weren’t cluttered with furniture, too. All of the necessities were available. The somewhat secluded location was perfect for our group because the kids were able to roam and explore without worry. Everything was perfect, and we are already hoping to stay there again.

Property was beautiful. Minutes from Crater of Diamonds. Plenty of room for 11 of us. Patio and porch was nice. Plenty of outside light for entertaining and wifi was great with little to no service in the area. Property was clean.

Came up to your cabin with a group of teachers for a teacher retreat. The place and surroundings were fabulous. We were hoping to fish a little, but the river was generating the entire time. Didn't stop our campfire fun. Thanks for supplying the firewood! We cooked outside, played lots of shuffle board in the awesome game loft, enjoyed the use of your stereo speakers throughout the house and outdoors, and loved having enough space for everyone to have a private room. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Everything was clean and cozy. My family and friends had an amazing time here. Easy check in, clean, had everything we needed. Amazing view and peaceful. We travel a lot and have stayed In many cabins and this is by far our favorite. Will defiantly be staying again In the future.

The stay and visit with family was good. Road to cabin could be better. Cost of clean up was high considering what was expected for us to do. Sitting area was just right. Kitchen was really good. Not really enough dishes and glasses provided. Needs drink and wine glasses. Towels had a soured smell. Beds are hard. Needs a better outside fire gathering area and chairs. Air hockey table didn’t work. Patio was huge but needs hot tub. All these fixes are easily done to make it better. Outside deck

We had an amazing time! Everyone from age 10-72 had so much fun. It is everything we wanted in a vacation. The cabin is gorgeous and our host has been the best! We don't have any complaints. We were close to the Crater of Diamond State Park and about 40 min from Hot Springs. We enjoyed the fishing at the cabin and seeing the otters and deer that came right up to the cabin. It was so peaceful sitting by the river on the deck. We are already planning on going back.

The property was as described on the site. The cleanliness of the property was not as I expected there was spiderwebs hanging from the stairs, and the fridge raider was dirty. It was not even wiped out or clean. The floors has sand all over them, but the beds were all clean and nice. Cannot get the TVs to work. Hardly at all. The one upstairs did not work at all and the living room lost all connection to the DIRECTV and the two bedrooms on the left side of the house had no service either.

This place is beautiful! Had it been summertime, we would have had the garage door open. The deck is beautiful and both the deck and patio have plenty of chairs available. The inside has a Keurig and coffee pot with plenty of filters. Dishwasher and washer/dryer work great. Beds are very comfortable and clean. All rooms have queen sized beds and the house is well cared for. Excellent place for a visit for Diamond mining or renting a boat up the road.

We had a great time. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. It's super close to the diamond mine. The power went out for a bit one day but it wasn't a major deal. The dirt roads to the cabin were a small challenge but we made it.

This is our 3rd time to stay here and each time has been just as wonderful if not more than the first. property is pristine, peaceful and this year having Wifi was so nice too!
The door knob quit working on the back door, but we obviously could go out the front door. However, the owner came from 1.5 hours away to fix it while we were at the lake. The service is just as amazing as the place. Will be back :) Thanks for the wonderful memories with our sweet family!
