Friendly informative lady when we arrived at Reception. Great location.

Fantastic location in the centre of the Old Town, Really excellent staff, so helpful and knowlewdgeable, and a lovely breakfast. The building was old and historic, and our room was big and comfortable, with limited natural light because it was in a kind of 'half basement', with windows a the top looking out over the foot-level courtyard. Bathroom great, with our own sauna that we didn't use
The one significant issue with the hotel and approach to our room in particular was the state of outside flooring, brickwork, tiling etc. The shallow steps down to the room were not in great shape, and the section immediately outside the room was really poor with a loose rocky tile/brick (hazardous) a big puddle with wooden temporay slats, and loads of pigeon poo. I'd like to give a totally positive review, but feel this has to be mentioned.

The room was beautiful, old house's rock walls were left to be admired. The location was excellent, in the Old Town, next to many interesting attractions. The staff was super friendly and helpful too!
The room was lovely but not super practical: there were high stairs inside of the room to get from the main space to the bathroom. Definitely not for one with weak knees, let alone other impairments. But quite probably they would have given me another, easier room if I did have impairments.

Location
I very rarely complain but this was far too pricy. The standard of the hotel does not live up to neither price or marketing. I booked a Svit Executive, and was upgraded to a more or less horrifying President Svit. Neither room, nor breakfast met our expectations. We honestly felt a bit cheated when we left.
