I loved its incredibly convenient location for easy access of all the tourists attractions. I also loved the classic old world charm of the entire property. The unique elevator was a charming feature.
I really didn't find anything that I did not like or enjoy .

A very nice hotel in a historic and very beautiful building. Nice staff and tasty breakfast.
Be aware of some noise from bars and partying people in the street outside the hotel on week-ends (and when still enough warm weather to be outside).

The location was great - if you want to explore the old town there is nowhere better to stay
We were placed in a side building. There was very jaded decor in our room. Our room was small for being described as ‘superior’.
Thee were no staff on site in our building - the evening bar and reception area was across the street in the main building.
There is quite a lot of raucous street noise at the weekend until 2-4am (!) from local revellers. It did not faze us, but explained the free earplugs by our bedsides!
This hotel is not great value for money - you are paying for the location but there are no frills attached!
