Location was fine, beds extremely comfortable
I had to pay a safety deposit when I arrived at hotel yet others who had booked through booking.com too were not asked to do so

Great value, clean, rooms were a bit tired looking

Food was great. I like kids eat free aspect.
We loved the downstairs games and entertainment.
I liked the information board at the front telling us what sights were nearby.
The floor was wet when we arrived.
You could smell dogs ( I think certain rooms should have dogs).
The changing rooms in the leisure centre was filthy with mould on the ceiling.
The outside bins were spilling over.
Two occasions I asked for VEGAN pizza and VEGAN sausages and both times I was given meals that contained cheese.
I did question the pizza and was told that they were sure it's vegan cheese, instead of checking.
We were charged with a no show rate which was taken from the card saved on the booking.
