The bed was comfy, helpful staff, good breakfast and has an indoor pool.
The flush in our room was a bit faulty but a little tweaking fixed it. One of the towels had make up stains on it.

Good location. Not far from Chester zoo. Staff super helpful. Breakfast choice was great. Ranging from full English to cereal and pastries.
Our room was next to a very noisy room. We couldn’t sleep with noise from tv/radio. This wasn’t the hotels fault. They happily moved us to a quieter room.

Good comfortable stay. Member of staff in the front desk was very helpful and allowed me to check in about an hour and half early. Think his name was Brad

All Staff were very helpful & content
Hotel was a 4☆ i expected more, stain on carpet, sticky mark on bathroom floor and a large cobweb on the ceiling, I only have 1 photo to share as I didn't take photos of the stains ( I should have )
