Room was good, staff were excellent and we enjoyed the food we had in the restaurant
The hotel is rather tired, needs a bit of a makeover, but was comfortable for our stay

Location, staff service, food were all good.
Reception arrival experience, a strange office with a makeshift cloakroom. Stains in ceiling from a roof leak.

Junior suite had spacious rooms it was nice to have a separate room to relax, read or watch TV. Good variety for breakfast. Lovely gardens and friendly staff.
Possibly change the evening menu more often.

Great location and a lovely property
The approach sets an expectation which the interior doesn’t satisfy. The property could be superb but needs investment. It’s very disappointing, thus has potential to be a great place but really needs caring owners and significant cash injection but not sure its size justifies the expense
