We were greeted with a very warm welcome, by Nick. The gardens and decor were lovely, the beds comfortable and it was only a short walk into the village to get a meal or do a little shopping. Onsite parking.
Being a charming, renovated heritage building, the bathroom was adequate but lacked space for our toiletry bags and bits and bobs.

Quiet, comfortable stay in a good value guest house. The secure bike parking was appreciated (I visited during a short cycle tour), along with easy proximity to Builth town centre, generous and tasty breakfast.
The room had the basics sorted, including small en suite with shower and complementary tea and coffee.
Hosts were very welcoming and friendly, with good pre visit communication. Thanks.

The property was exceptionally clean, and the room tastefully decorated with a lovely view. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. Nick was a friendly and attentive host - serving a fantastic breakfast and giving helpful advice.
