I have stayed at Seinenkan many, many times over the years. It has been consistently great. In addition to the full bath tub in the room, there is a public bath with a jacuzzi right across the laundry room which is convenient. You can get your chore done while relaxing.
Nothing. For those who end up in a room facing the baseball stadium and the rugby stadium, if you dislike watching free games, that is your preference. I call it bonus entertainment.

A 5 stars service, perfect facilities, great room and fantastic stuff
It’s a bit of a quiet area, there are no many options of restaurants etc close by

I asked for a room looking into the stadium and had a fantastic room.
I got back for breakfast at 9:45 and was told that I had to be inside by 9:30 to eat, even though breakfast was from 0700-10:00.
