Lots of stairs to get up to the apartment!

I want to start by saying this is a lovely space. The apartment had a small issue with a little bit of a smell, I am unsure exactly what it was however that is something that needs to be addressed maybe with candles or something. Once you open a window it does leave quickly but will return. The management were excellent full 10/10 for that bed was comfortable and the location is Superb you are right on everything there. The second bedroom is more like 3 in 1 where you have a space above and bunk beads in another room which is actually in bedroom two this didn’t bother us but may do if your taken all the beds and with teenagers etc. Bathroom a little small but not much they could do with that, we really did enjoy ourselves there and would stay again.

The staff were excellent and responsive to our needs. The location was central and close to all attractions. The property was very clean and reasonably appointed.

This was not a luxury boutique hotel and is grossly overstated. There is only one double bed and 4 single beds which works for a family but not two couples. It was certainly not value for money, in fact it was very expensive for accommodation in Seville. There is only one bathroom which is too small and poorly designed. In short, we found this property grossly disappointing for the cost but we were swayed by the inaccurate property description in Booking.com and I think that is a failure on Booking.com. When booking overseas properties from Australia you can only rely on your research and the description of the property and previous tenants comments. If these aren’t accurate then people will be disappointed. This particular property is nice but not luxurious accommodation as described.
