The property was excellent!it was beautiful,clean,comfortable,and very well maintained.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we’re impressed with the overall quality of the hotel.Everything was wonderful,and we would happily stay here again .
There was nothing I disliked about the property.Everthing was good ,well maintained,and met my expectations,Overall,I was very happy with the property and had a positive experience.

The location was great you have the pool and can walk into the beach. Having shower at pool was good if you came off beach into pool area. Hotel is big and airy breakfast area is really nice and breakfast selection is very good and varied. Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping came every day to make room up. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is nice and bright and located on the beach. Great sunset views from the roof top bar.
The walls are not soundproofed well, so the noise from the doors closing and people talking in the halls was noticeable even though our room was all the way down the hall 141.

The location was good and the breakfast choice was excellent. Floriano the tattoo artist is a great addition to the hotel too !
The roof top bar is nice and has a good vibe with lovely view of San Antonio. Rooms were very clean.
The reception staff were unhelpful when we were allocated our incorrect room that we had paid for and told that they were fully booked so that was that (we had paid for a sea view and instead got the road) so wasn’t thrilled. One lady in particular was very abrupt to a member of our party when we asked for a taxi and help with a late check out.
Also I would say that one of the staff members on the roof top also should not perhaps be in hospitality as she also was not helpful when we turned up for our sunbed booking.
