The vibe was nice and the rooms modern looking and slightly unusual from standard rooms. Friendly staff in downstairs restaurant / breakfast buffet.
The room wasn’t cleaned in one occasion.
I booked all rooms, only one of parties received complimentary chocolates and 2 free drinks although we were a party of 6. Seemed inconsistent. Small buffet breakfast.

The swim up room was idyllic and perfect for the baby.
Mattresses were too soft for my liking
8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026
equipped with an eye to detail and with a lots of thoughts and love
great breakfast selection
stylish interior
great housekeeping
coffee self service in the morning with queues;
some staff members were not really customer oriented, e.g. electricity in the room did not work anymore, was not able to order anything from roomservice as reception (called from my private mobile) refused to pass on the order. furthermore, the restaurant staff is sometimes ignorant and does not come to one. also, roomservice does often not pick up the phone

Great location
Pretty hotel.
Spacious rooms
Staff not the friendliest
The team don’t go out of their way to accommodate / troubleshoot problems
The air con smelt of sewage.. I’ve got a strong nose since I’m pregnant. That’s made me worried using it during my stay. Room didn’t have hair dryer and I received one after two days- I ended up going to a salon and spending £50 on a blow dry. Also at check out assumed we had a cava but this was corrected.. not sure how they made that assumption
