The rooms were great and location is very good. Would have been better if closer to the beach.

Most staff and also resturants dont speak english. Some staff dont give a great vibe.

Breakfast was top. Penthouse was top!

The water in the shower was not always warm.

The equipment and installations are on eye level with the best hotels in the world, for a beach hotel absolutely unseen and outstanding. So clean you could literally eat from the floor. Bathroom mega luxurious. Lot of light in the room, super super spacious rooms-huge! Furniture unbelievably high quality and solid. The majority of the staff was super kind and put effort. The location and view are great, parking, breakfast, many things 10/10. Sea Club is super nice. We will certainly come back probably frequently. Amazing bed also.

They seemed to be a bit short on staff, when my wife asked for the buggy service to the beach they denied it (it was 10.40, beach service starts at 11). Upon arrival shower gel and shampoo were empty, should 1. always be new bottles for new guests and 2. never be empty when you arrive after a long travel and desire a shower. The gym could need some higher weights / bar bells - 10kg isnt enough, at least 20kg needed for people who truly work out. If they could fix the little issues above it would really be a 10/10.

Excellent location, views, and very high quality apartment. The staff were very helpful at all times, and assisted my girlfriend well with her injured leg. I had a great massage in the spa. The breakfast was very good. A lot of attention to detail, definitely a 5 star hotel.

They got our leaving date wrong. I booked and paid until Saturday, but got a knock on the door on Friday, asking when we were going to leave!. You have to pay extra for things like parking, use of bikes, and the sea club (the pool with a sea view)

Everything was clean and mostly well maintained.

Huge deck but no view as it was blocked, same at their dining - you're on the ocean but the views are always blocked because of their design vs availability. Also, if you like sun, while our room had an insanely large deck, the sun was gone by late morning and gone as well as their pool by mid-afternoon. Overall, while clearly quality, the place was weird in design and we wouldn't return - way too much money for what is available otherwise in Costa Brava where you should always get a view as they are easily found. Also couldn't cool bedroom enough for a good night's sleep

The room was incredible but the view disappointing. The sea view was obscured by trees so you couldn't see the wonderful view. The outdoor beach view pool was closed so only the small spa pool was available but the other spa facilities closed (steam & sauna). Not worth the price.
