Lovely room, very clean.
Staff were nice and food was very good. Great value for money.
A group of people were having late drinks and conversations in the courtyard during the early hours. We had to go outside the room and ask them to be quiet as we were sleeping. Otherwise a lovely stay.

The hotel was like a breath of fresh air. The staff were absolutely lovely and any request was looked after efficiently and with a smile. The room was nice and big and clean, looked lovely and the bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure.
We ate at the restaurant and the meal was delicious although a little pricey.
The location was great as we wanted to visit Windsor and have easy access to the highway as we had an early flight from Heathrow the next morning.
Happy with everything

The staff were friendly, the food good.
The handle on the door was loose with a screw on each side sticking out. The loo roll holder was put on upside down and bathroom needed a good clean.
