Location, room size, meals, good for family meet up
Showers room was mouldy, limited selection of toiletries eg shower cap etc. Bed was small for a superior room. Carpeting on corridor was tired. During the evening the bar area had drainage smells. After recent stays in Europe in rooms of similar cost, this was not such a good standard.

Room size excellent and decent view, good breakfast
Room fan very noisy

Great location, lovely views. Breakfast was great, although some staff were working harder than others
Loved the informal area to enjoy a drink before dinner etc
Very limited wardrobe space

Staff were extremely help and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
Mattress was not comfortable and pillows were very flat. Despite knowing breakfast would be busy, as we’d been rewarded so avoided apparently busy time, still some food was not topped up or available.
