My second stay here at Swissotel Makkah. It was as amazing of a stay as the first time. The service was really great, staff very attentive. Our house keeper Kawsar was very helpful. The room was clean as well as the whole hotel itself.

It was close to haram and very much convenient.!
I paid for the kaba view and they didn’t give me the room for Kaba view side for the first day. Next day I talked to the staff and they offered me, but it was deceive to me and not fair to me at all, I went all the way from USA to that location with paid money and I wasn’t given what I paid for it.
