Friendly and accommodating staff
Mr. Ammar night shift manager and team Hussain & M. Baghd etc were very helpful and sort out all my requests to make my stay comfortable.
Only sun blind curtains needed as current arrangement is working but maybe above will be more helpful.

Cleanness and comfort
Little far from king Abdullah extension area.

We stayed for 3 nights at Le Méridien Makkah. The hotel’s greatest advantage is definitely its excellent location, very close to King Abdulaziz Gate and King Fahd Gate, making access to Al-Masjid Al-Haram extremely convenient.
The breakfast was acceptable, although more variety would improve the overall experience.
Overall, the location is a major advantage, with some room for improvement in breakfast variety and guest assistance.
One area that could be improved is the concierge service. Guests may not be familiar with local transportation or the correct pickup points when traveling somewhere.
The concierge team (Non-Arabian nationality) could be more proactive in providing directions and assistance, regardless of whether the guest chooses to use the hotel’s transportation service.

Location
The corridor
The card does not work, but no apology or compensation from the management. I had to see front office twice to get the engineer come. The engineer did not respond quickly when notified by the cleaner.
