The staff are notably welcoming and supportive. In particular, the room service employee, Sallauddin, provided real assistance. We appreciate the help.
The payment systems were inadequate; I attempted numerous methods without success, and the checkout window seemed too short.
My guest arrived slightly earlier than expected, but hotel reception—Khalid—refused entry to the room despite my payment. My guest was upset.
My flight was delayed, forcing an additional overnight stay, yet they refused entry without full payment. I had anticipated a discount because I had already completed five nights.

I liked:
Reception staff: Fahad thank you
Bellboy/Porter: thanks Abdul & Khorshed
Telephone quality check employee: thanks Anoud if not mistaken the name

Allowed us to checkout after Duhr prayer (approx. 1hr later, but we did not need to we checkout earlier 11:30am)
I did not like:
Fridge was very weak to make beverages cold (please fix, common issue)
The prayer hall in the 6th floor needs stronger ventilation
Overall excellent experience and would definately be my 1st choice next visit.

Amazing location, extremely helpful and friendly staff, great facilities and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was good as very close to haram and shops etc.
There was not enough coffee/tea sachets for 4 people even though we were 4 guests. Had to request staff to provide additional towels/shampoo/soap etc. which could have been provided without us asking for it. The coffee machine was also not clean and had to request for it to be cleaned and then it didn't work, so disappointing.
