I really liked the hospitality. The hotel staff is really courteous and helpful. The view from the hotel is amazing and every facility is available at a walking distance from the hotel. It's a really good place to stay at.
Food is good but still there is some scope of improvement there.

Good choice for us, firstly the view around the hotel - lake and mountains. 2nd its walking distance to Disney area as well as food options. Staff are friendly. Nice selections of breakfast options. Mr Yusof, well done and thank you !

Large rooms. Restaurant staff was good
Not clean. There is a strange smell is some areas. Drain behind the hotel and loose animals around the boundary of the hotel. It’s away from the main lakeside market also.
