High-end hotel located right at the station, offering direct indoor access to both the train platforms and the shopping mall and next to the restaurant area of Yamagata. The room was very comfortable: while not overly large, it was still generously sized. The on-site parking was a great convenience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Very nice hotel run by Japan Rail, so much in the style of other Hotel Metropolitans for example like the one in Sendai. Location is perfect direct access from the hotel to the station. Staff very pleasant and professional reception staff spoke good English. Highly recommended.
