Large clean room with views towards the mountains. Very quiet aircon and comfortable bed. Also had a massage chair in the room. Conveniently located near the bus stop to go to zao onsen and the train to Yamadera. Lots of restaurants in the area.
The breakfast was the same every day and they did not offer a vegetarian western option. Missed the onsen as well.

The room and the hotel overall looks very nice and clean. It has 7’11 in the same building and near the train station and bus stop. However the room feels a bit small because of the too large bed. And the laundry facilities are always busy. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and will return if I visit Yamagata again.

Clean and modern, nice bathroom and amenities, staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Quiet, nice room and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

Property was clean. Staffs were so nice and kind. Location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing (though repetitive).
