Excellent location, right in the centre of Keswick.
Room had.a fabulous view over the fells.
Lovely big bed and very comfy.
Very clean.
Breakfast was fabulous.
Parking was very limited and the spaces very tight. Luckily my husband was driving, I wouldn't have got in. But there are spaces elsewhere.

Great location
Staff were friendly and efficient
Breakfast was great
Could do with updating but I think this style is typical for Lake District hotels

Perfect location , spacious rooms and superb staff!
The room was a little chilly and there was no option to put on the heating

The location was central to town and useful for restaurants etc
Felt a bit antiquated, the rooms obviously didn’t have aircon being a Victorian building but the fan was useful in the room. Not great in a heatwave/ quite stifling.
