The hosts Colin and Sarah are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their locale whether it's places to eat and drink or recommendations on where to go, etc.
The place is spotlessly clean and the room we stayed was bright and airy with large bay windows to two aspects and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty with lots of options available.
The location is excellent as the surrounding streets are quiet yet it is only five minutes walk to Keswick Town centre and 10 minutes to yhe lakeside.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will return. We highly recommend staying here.

Fresh fruit every morning was a lovely touch along with home made shortbread.

Very lovely welcome x Sarah & Colin are so nice. I don't like seeded bread so asked if there was any white bread & bless Sarah she said not a problem . I felt awful asking but nothing is to much trouble x Will definitely stay again xx
Nothing really but from being up North would have loved tinned tomato's on my breakfast 😁
