The bedrooms were comfortable, dark and quiet.
Bathtub / shower - plug was not quite right and shower poured when you had a bath and ironically the kids account was the only Netflix available even though it was advertised with having it. Not a big deal as my teenagers are good with kid movies but just ironic.

Beds were comfortable and there are 2 washrooms and pet friendly! excellent walking trails.
I didn’t like scanning my id and providing all my personal information. After I paid, I was informed there are “pre-arrival” requirements including a hefty deposit. This should have been disclosed prior to payment. (which was non-refundable so I couldn’t change my mind or I’d lose my money) Also, there was not great communication in regards to the key code and during the “pre-arrival requirements” I started to think I was going to be ripped off and felt like I had to jump through hoops to rent a basement space. The renting process made me feel uneasy.

Such good value for your money, the place was much more spacious than expected and had everything you need in all facilities. They were very accommodating to requests and respond immediately when needing assistance. Overall very satisfied with my stay and will be recommending and rebooking in the future:) thank you for a lovely stay

Modern, purpose-built, tastefully decorated basement apartment with ceilings and large spaces. A great value for the area.

We liked the location, the apartment was very nice and clean and spacious.

The suite was very modern and furnished for a comfortable stay. It had a large kitchen that was well equipped for preparing meals. There was also a washer and dryer which we used. Wifi was good. Communication with the manager of the property was quick and responsive.
We were required to pay a refundable $500 bond after booking the suite. While we didn't have a problem with this, it should be disclosed in the listing for the property.
The nightly price we paid was very reasonable for the facilities provided.
The suite does not have air conditioning (isn't required for most of the year in Edmonton), however, we stayed there on some hot days in summer. We opened the windows which cooled the place but it was still rather warm.

Very clean, comfortable, best value of money, excellent location, high speed internet, the place got everything that is needed for the guests. The host was super responsible. We will recommend this place, and we will stay again next time we visit Edmonton.

I liked the modern décor and the spacious rooms. It was also nice to have two available bathrooms and a thermostat to adjust the rooms temperature to our preference. I also felt that the owners really cared about us -they responded so fast when we needed them and were so nice and helpful. We had a really nice stay!

The place was very neat. Check in and check out was very easy. The place is in a very beautiful, quiet neighborhood. You always have a peace of mind and can actually relax and enjoy your time away from daily routine. It is conveniently located to all the necessities. Very beautiful place and hosts are great at communicating.

The apartment was very clean and in a serene environment out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Host was very supportive as they offered us even assistances unrelated to our stay in the apartment. All essentials (toiletries, etc.) were made available before our arrival. A very comfortable and decent place to stay for anyone desirous of a quite and nice environment out side the city life.
Distance to most places we needed to visit was long, hence cost of transportation was relatively higher than expected.
