On the harbor so pretty
Every thing and walkable to everything loved it 😍 and mostly Anna Sirgurbattir the main manager overseeing a lot of hotels by far the nicest person we met in all of Iceland !!! So much that we cancelled our other hotel and booked with another hotel she oversees . The rest of the staff should strive to be more like her !

Location and convenience. Everyone was so very helpful and pleasant!!
Need more light in the rooms. And my fridge did not work.

The location was convenient although not "quaint". The staff and amenities were great. The room, although small, was comfortable and provided everything we needed, including a cute little speaker for playing music. We didn't use the free spa, but was pleasantly surprised by the amenity.
The location was a little busy, and if you walked down the road in one direction, felt a little "sketchy".

Location was good and the facility to store bags if arrived early (wanted and additional 30 euros for early check-in) or needed some where to to store on last day. Gym was good
Room although called an urban superior I would query the use of the word superior - small and dark.
