Great location. The bed and room were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Also appreciated the radiator in the bathroom for the chilly mornings. Was skeptical at first but having a code instead of a room key was super convenient and the remote staff very responsive.
Nothing really.

The hotel was in a great location and appreciated the code system to enter the room instead of having to keep a key. Although not on site the staff was very responsive and helpful.
Really no down side beyond just how expensive hotels are in general in Iceland.

Quieter than expected though this was low season. Well-appointed room. Stylish.
Réception is self check in— actually not a problem as it worked perfectly but I saw no staff there during my stay

Location is very good, there is a lift on the facility. Check in process was very smooth.
Quite noisy if you stayed on Friday or weekend, as there was a bar downstairs. You could hear the loud music and people talking on the street at night, even with window shut.
