Great location in a very old historic building. Staff excellent and a lovely roof bar terrace

Location is fabulous and the roof top bar is a real treat great views
We also stayed in a group floor room in the courtyard garden it made my husbands day when realised the sari corridor went over our room
We didn't op for breakfast the room was comfortable and clean not over big but was fine for our needs
The walls were a bit thin in our room we could hear next doors shower toilet and there was a family with small kids first night so could hear the child crying and running about.
There is a lift but still a lot steps to the rooftop bar and also the breakfast room /restaurant worth it but if you have difficulty walking may be a problem

The staff were incredible, really helpful and genuinely friendly. The hotel smelt gorgeous - thanks to the beautiful diffusers dotted around. The location was perfect, numerous cafes and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the Ponte Vecchio bridge at one end of the street and the Pitti Palace at the other. Lots of lovely shops to look around, and the main attractions were all within a 15 minute (slow) walk. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend.
I loved everything, but there are a lot of stairs and only a very small lift which others may not like.

I really liked how big our room was and the location was pretty and quiet.
The carpet needs to be replaced and the furniture upholstery needs to be redone.
The kitchen staff needs to improve on their English.
The room needs a thorough cleaning. There were cobwebs in the room.
