The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. They were welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their excellent service really made our stay more enjoyable and memorable. The hotel was comfortable and the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Everything was lovely, the staff were all happy, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable to the point I added on an extra night.
The room was cold no matter how much I adjusted the air conditioner, which was a shame. I've stayed in many hotels around the world as I travel for work, and this one is definitely top 10, top 5 if it wasn't so cold.

The room was very nice, comfy and spacious
The breakfast was very disappointing, not just for me but for also for my daughter. My full english was also cold- I had poached eggs, which were cold, the beans were cold and the potato croquettes were burnt on the outside yet cold in the middle! my concern is that the food was reheated which made both myself and my daughter sick later on that day. My daughter has eggs also, which were not cooked thoroughly. It had to be the breakfast as we were unable to eat anything else all day and were both physically sick.
