Stunning property and a welcome change from run of the mill hotel chains. Room was beautiful and individual. High end finishes mixed with antique furniture and a roll top bath. Toiletries were locally sourced in reusable containers, which was a nice touch. We collected our key from the pub next door and had our dinner and breakfast there. The food was superb with high quality locally sourced produce. Staff very friendly.

Very good breakfast. Comfortable, clean room. Good location, close to restaurants and pubs in Edgbaston village and close to tram stop.

Location was good. Great not having to carry a key card!
The damp feeling of the bedding, pillows were really uncomfortable and very odd having a roll top bath in the middle of the room!
Breakfast at the pub next door which is part of the group was dire. Looked lovely, tasted awful. Similarly the lunch and dinner too sadly.
