Location was good and Breakfast was ok considering how busy it was

No pre-warning of the Marathon which delayed our departure; Nowhere to leave luggage on arrival; Toilets miles from reception/restaurant leaving my female partner actually alone and afraid for her safety; lifts were horrendous to operate and reception got crammed due to lift exit doors being directly opposite

Very accommodating for us. Allowed us to pick what floor we wanted, and we were able to go for the highest as my gf likes the views. They were fine with us paying for a second day of parking after checking out as we were going to go into Town and it's easier to leave the car at the hotel than try to move it. Good location and was a short walk for us to the Utilita Arena where we had plans to go for the Friday when we stayed.

There are a lot of clubs up and down from the hotel which can't be avoided. There were people who decided to smoke straight outside the entrance, (they were smoking drugs as well) which unfortunately wafted into the hotel. And we could smell it in the lift as well. Maybe the hotel can check and move people on a bit more. But otherwise our stay was fine.

Bit stingy on the teas and coffee only 2 tea bags and coffee left in room, did get some more from reception but again the next day only 2 of each left in room. Really bad crack in sink and bathroom door did not close properly.

the staff member on the front desk was very helpful in getting me a travel cot for my child, which saved me a lot of headaches . I think he deserves a bonus.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, made me relaxed straightaway. The room was clean and well equipped, and quiet.

I could feel the springs coming from the mattress digging into my back and I couldn’t sleep at all. I requested a mattress topper but they didn’t have one. I requested a better room with a comfortable bed but they didn’t have one. I have tried to contact booking.com and requested a refund for the 2nd night stay as I had to check in and find alternative accommodation at the Hilton gardens who can I add were just superb. I was on an annual business trip with my husband and extremely disappointed with the service received. The staff at the Hampton said it would be up to booking.com to reimburse me the 2nd night. Please can you respond to my request.

Location was good and room was clean and tidy. We would have happily stayed there had the bed/ mattress and pillows been of any decent standard.

Location was great for us as we were going to the comedy club, less than 500 metres away. Good breakfast in the morning. Room very comfortable and quiet.

The hotel’s location was brilliant right near the bars and restaurants & near the arena where we were going to watch Peter Kay, the room was very comfortable, clean & warm. Our breakfast was excellent lots of choices of hot & cold food.

This hotel offers a lovely experience with comfy, clean rooms and a great breakfast selection. The night view from the window is fantastic. No complaints, just a perfect one-night stay in a convenient location.

At times, it can be rather tricky to catch the lift, particularly during breakfast hours. However, given our brief one-night stay, it's plausible that we encountered a busy period.

Excellent place to stay, highly recommend, great room, clean, staff very welcoming superb selection at breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Well done all.

Drinking was perfect

Eggs serving was poor, as they didn’t have sunny sides up or poached or omelette, cheese were poor.

Modern clean and comfortable. Bathroom good quality fittings and very clean. Excellent breakfast. All staff pleasant and helpful. Easy parking very near centre of town. Short walk to Symphony Hall. All that we wanted.

The minimalist details , ie . No biscuits just basic 2x tea coffee no hairdryer , little things to make a difference . No hot plates to put cooked breakfast onto , so went cold Before we could eat .

Only criticism would be, my husband and I decided to get a drink during breakfast having left food on the table to return to and found that someone had cleared the table of food. Perhaps just a little too quick.

The high floors away from the street noises on a Saturday night. Very quiet and peaceful. Rooms excellent warm and a superb toilet with a great shower. Plenty room if you just want a seat and watch TV.

No fried eggs at breakfast. A minor gripe.

It was far too light in the room as there was only nets at the window not curtains. I didn’t get any sleep because of this.
