My room was very spacious, it was clean and the location is great.

Excellent hotel, welcoming staff. Smart room comfy bed. Didn’t eat there as wanted to explore Bham but dining room/bar looked v good & well attended.
Nothing really comes to mind - 1st time using a Leonardo hotel & definitely will be 1st choice next time city break.

It was close to many restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was good.
The weekend nightlife could be heard all the way up to the 15th floor. The rowdiness on the streets made us feel uncomfortable when walking in the neighborhood. Parking costs were not included in the room price. The elevators are busy. Check-out took 45 minutes: 20 minutes to descend using the elevators, 15 minutes to cue to pay for parking at the kiosk, and another 5 minutes in the lineup of cars waiting to leave.
