Lovely 4 ☆ hotel in the heart of Galway which is reasonable priced. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a 4☆standard. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

Good location - reception, dining area all renovated nicely. Breakfast good.
For a deluxe double room, that promoted view of courtyard we were surprised the view of the courtyard was a services courtyard and a small room. I don’t think the view should be promoted in ad. It is misleading

Location and staff
Deluxe room had nothing deluxe about it. 5 ft bed, small bath towels and dreadful pillows. No hand lotion, no bathrobes or slippers. Disappointing.
