Staff were very friendly and accommodating, Kay was great front of house, the waiting staff in the on site restaurant were great especially the lad from Wolverhampton (sorry can't remember your name) breakfast was included which was great, the evening meal we had was also great. We booked 6 rooms, no complaints from anyone, rooms were clean, everything we need for an overnight stop, would definitely recommend 👌.

It is dog friendly - which it is in the bar and outside and in the parlour which was all good but our room was on the second floor up 2 very steep staircases which was much less than ideal for a dog

It was convenient for us and the sleep was comfortable
The shower was a bit dirty round the bottom and the carpet was stained. Coffee at breakfast was instant that you had to make yourself.
