Love how friendly this hotel is I have stayed a few times now with my dogs and have never encountered anybody that hasn’t been polite, friendly, welcoming and just generally very customer focused. It’s incredibly hard to find truely dog friendly accommodation but this place is perfect for us.

We liked that it was close to where we were visiting.
We didn’t like that anyone using the motorway services have access through the doors leading from that area; there were no security in the door or reception.
The breakfast vouchers that are given as part of the booking b&b are not used to the full potential,ie: We paid as part of the booking, but the breakfast didn’t cost that much, but the restaurant kept all of the vouchers, so we lost out.
The duvet needed changing , as it was a winter heavy that was smelly.
