The property is gorgeous , spotlessly clean and has a beautiful energy..The owners went out of their way to organise transport for us and even booked our train tickets for onward travel. The food was amazing and they provided a good selection of vegetarian meals for us. The staff were all lovely and friendly. We visited the Kappukad elephant rehabilitation centre and also had amazing Ayurvedic treatments at a local clinic. We would highly recommend this to anyone seeking an experience deep on nature away from the crowds with wonderful hosts.

It's a nice, cosy village surrounded by nature. There is a small, scenic pond where you can take a short boat ride. You get the impression that you are staying in your own dacha! The next morning, we visited the nearby Umbrella rocks, then the elephant orphanage and the Neyyar Wildlife Sanctuary, which includes a deer park and a crocodile rehabilitation and research centre. As we are vegetarians, we enjoyed the paneer and the abundance of food. The fruit juices were fresh and tasty! The host and staff were very friendly and attentive.
Everything was pretty good. If you're looking for a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this place could be perfect for your weekend getaway!

It was peaceful.
Food served for dinner and breakfast was pathetic.
Cleanliness.
