The hotel was perfectly located and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. We were upgraded to a superior room, which was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room was made up perfectly every day after we left. The addition of a bottle of Cava, water and chocolates were a nice touch. Reception and concierge staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooftop bar was very nice and the cocktails delicious.

The restaurant, although it looked lovely, was a bit disappointing. We only took breakfast there, and I'm glad we didn't take dinner. The service was rather disappointing. On the three mornings we were there, our breakfast orders arrived incorrectly with things either missing or completely wrong. We waited an age for a cup of coffee, too. Staff were apologetic and polite, but the standard was below expectations for such an expensive hotel.

My room was comfortable, cosy and chic; location; the rooftop lounge.

Front desk gentleman was not helpful and I seemed to be rushed though the entire check in process to get to my room (i.e. when I asked about the places to visit, he said just check online, wheres another day I saw another front desk lady showing things on the map to a fellow guest, as properly done; general attitude). Also, when I asked about the breakfast coffee if they had espresso machine, and the front desk gentleman said yes, you can order any. To my disappointment, there was just a plain Nespresso coffee in the end. It is perfectly fine, but please do not indicate some false things when people are deciding for breakfast. For me it is rather a pleasant start to the day and I would have gone elsewhere to have a nice coffee instead, if I knew. On top, he charged extra breakfast days. The staff at the breakfast generally seemed to be overwhelmed and forgetful, perhaps need more staff members there.

3rd floor corner room had noise from street level at 4-5am both Friday and Saturday night. night club exit below. need better soundproofing for that price.

Probably cannot be helped, but the entrance at the gound level is tiny and not very impressive.

We could not regulate the temp in our room. There was no way to have breakfast at the hotel Ala Cart. at the end of our day we would have like to turn on the TV and relax but only one news channel was available in English.

the location was great. the staff is so friendly and they make sure ur comfortable.

The service cleaning staff rarely knocked on the doors before coming in. On two occasions, cleaning staff unlocked our door while we were inside without warning.

bar/ room service menu can be improved with more internacional options. it is a bit too noisy in the streets due to great nightlife of the city, but you can hear it while trying to sleep..
