Sei nel cuore di quello che è noto come il "quartiere francese dei locali". Jazz Pub, Arts Market e New Orleans sono letteralmente a pochi passi dalla proprietà. Basta uscire dalla porta principale e tutto ciò per cui New Orleans è famosa è a pochi passi. Questa casa a due piani è stata costruita nel 1880 con soffitti alti classici e camere spaziose e oltre 2300 mq. piedi dello spazio vitale. Non avere una camera d'albergo angusta quando puoi vivere in grande in questa tenuta di New Orleans con un balcone che si affaccia su tutto il divertimento di Frenchmen Street. Spotted Cat, The Maison, 30 / -90 Club, Bamboula's e Adolfo's sono a pochi secondi di distanza. Il Frenchmen Street Night -Time Art Market è proprio dietro l'angolo e la New Orleans Mint, la riva del fiume e il quartiere francese iniziano nel blocco successivo. Non c'è bisogno di Uber o Lyft, è un'avventura a piedi che inizia dalla tua porta di casa!

The house was fantastic -- spacious, clean, and beautiful. And it's right in the heart of things. From the balcony, we could see/hear street musicians performing in the intersection below us nearly every night we were there. Yet, somehow, the house was insulated enough that no one had any trouble sleeping. Kent was very communicative, answering my millions of questions before our stay. And when I called to discuss a power outage, he made it his job to find out how long it would be out and called back immediately with information and again later to check in. This is a great property and a great host!

The house was perfect for our group. It was clean and is walking distance to the French Quarter and French Market. Communication with Kent was great and he was very nice. The only downside is that it is very close to clubs on Frenchman Street and the music from the clubs is very loud until the clubs close.
