Paid extra for a Lake view which was provided with a large balcony . Location was excellent. Perfect Lakeside location with access to the lake.
Breakfast was extremely basic - nothing fancy - limited selection - very rustic -signage poor and quality of food poor. ( unlike the on site Pizza resturant which was good)

Very nice staff, perfect parking in a parking garage near the rooms. Beautiful scenery and a quiete place to sleep. The restaurant has a view on the Como lake wich is always beautiful. Been there before and it was just as good.

The people were very nice and friendly, they have always helped me and my mom if we needed something. The room was very clean and spacious. I also liked, that the hotel was very close from the places that I wanted to visit ( villa del Balbianello, villa Carlotta )
If you don’t get a room with a view to lake Como, then in my opinion, you should choose something else.

The location is beautiful, the hotel is in a good shape, restaurant included and a nice bar right next to the hotel with nice cocktails. Parking for free in garage is possible.
The breakfast could have more variety, the AC didn't work below 23 °C (maybe due to the energy crisis?) which is a bit warm to sleep for me. Luckily it was cold outside at night, windows stayed open all night...

With a room and terrace with view on the lake and mountains, we very much enjoyed our short stop-over on our way back home from Tuscany. Rooms were clean and spacious and sufficient parking is available on the premises.
A wide choice of food for breakfast, however make sure you make your dinner booking timely if you prefer to sit outside with a view.
Direct access to the beautiful lake for sunbathing and swimming.

good location, the hotel is right on the lake, so you don't have to walk up and down. good breakfast is included, which is also a great option. Bus station is opposite the entrance. restaurant downstairs offers a large variety of foods, that you can even bring to room or order. staff is really friendly. room is clean. all you need, you can find here

Staying at Hotel Lumin was the best bang-for-the-buck in a long time. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room had a very large balcony directly towards the lake and the food was a real highlight. Even if you’re full after your pizza, don’t forget to try out some dessert - it’s worth it!

The location, the superb lawn just in front of the lake, the vast rooms, the good rates, the pizza.
The breakfast coffee is shameful! Plates and kitchenware could be a little cleaner.
