Perfectly clean room. White bed linen. Quiet place where I could catch-up on my sleep in a fantastic comfortable warm bed. High quality breakfast freshly prepared. Welcoming friendly polite hosts. Seafront location. The guest house was spotlessly clean and I felt at home. I will definitely stay at Warwick House on my future trips to Penzance. I had a wonderful time.

Unusually, my table was twice placed beside the door between the kitchen and breakfast room. As a single man this made me feel uncomfortable. In addition one of the guests interrupted to talk to me on her way out, when I was eating breakfast. I coughed and couldn't stop until afterwards, in my room, I coughed out a baked bean lodged in my windpipe! It was a great shock for me. A real health and safety issue! I didn't report it. However, I would refuse to sit at the same table again because guests passed me by, to and fro, disturbing my meal. My near emergency choking event was an unpleasant experience. Aside from these circumstances, the standard of the hotel was exceptionally good.

Everything is so amazing. It’s an out of 10 place. I have been to many many places and my Booking account is at the top level, but only this house makes me feel like I’m not a visitor, I’m at home ❤️ Many thanks to the friendly and awesome family.

Wifi was a bit unstable.

Warwick House was the perfect location to spend a few days to explore the area. Everything from exceptional from the room, the comfort of the bed and the breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Such a pleasant stay and memorable for all the right reasons. Highly recommend.

Garrin and Louise were amazing! They were very pleasant and accommodating. I loved their cooked to order breakfast as well as the stunning sea view room that I got. Located very strategically by the sea as well as near Chapel Street.

Great location, private parking, beautiful room and bathroom, lovely and quiet, delicious, generous breakfast served by lovely friendly staff (thanks, Louise!), excellent dinner recommendations (thanks, Garron!) and generally, a great vibe.

Maybe a choice of stronger coffee with breakfast would be good.

Garrin and Alison have recently taken over this delightful B&B and I know it will be a huge success. The rooms are spotless, and the beds very comfortable and there are lots of thoughtful touches - for example i asked to put a bottle of fizz in their fridge and they then left two wine glasses ready for us in the room when we returned. Nothing was too much trouble, from ice and ice buckets, to using their washing line to dry out some clothes. We were also on motorbikes and they were very accommodating in us using their garage to park them away. There is a great choice of breakfast, all freshly made. Trips on the Mermaid boat and to St Michael's Mount are well worth it. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Nothing - it was was great all round

Excellent breakfasts which were pre-ordered the night before. Location was perfect for sightseeing and for nearby places to eat. The on-site parking was very useful.

This is a lovely guest house with lovely rooms. The breakfast was superb but the thing I liked most were the owners! They were welcoming, accommodating and helpful. we had a lovely 3 night stay.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Room very clean. Our son was able to join us for breakfast even though he wasn't staying with us. Owners allowed us to leave our car in the car park on the day of departure as we weren't leaving until later in the day.

The B&B is well located by the sea, breakfast was good.

I booked a single room which turned out to be extremely small unfortunately, there was just room for the bed and no much else. This affected my stay, especially as there were several rainy days and spending them indoor wasn't pleasant in such a tiny space. I believe the other rooms were larger and therefore fine.

Easy to find and well located - a short walk to the town centre and with the sea, lido and promenade just across the road. The hosts, Chris and Julie were brilliant - from all the info provided before the stay, to their welcome and beyond. Breakfast was exceptional - good choice of mains, which I worked my way through each day and thoroughly enjoyed them all! Having on site parking was a real bonus.

The bathroom fan was noisy, but thankfully turned off quickly so not much of an issue.

Nothing we didn’t like. We would of liked a bigger bed just our preference, but as we booked the last room we had too have what was available. It was a very pleasant room, wouldn’t put us off staying again.
