Très beau Hotel, l’accueil est parfait le Service avec la réception et incroyable

Went on a family trip to Istanbul. Decided to stay at this hotel as I stayed there my previous time. The hotel is a good value for money in general, not far from city center and breakfast included. Also practical it has a good gym + swimming pool. Adoosa and her staff were very friendly.

Some staff member have nothing to do in this establishment ( Murat the receptionist ). It's incredible how even if all is top, if some workers are not willing to cooperate it can ruin a stay.

The hotel is perfect. Breakfast is delicious. Taxi from the hotel can pick up you or drop off - free from Taksim, Osmanbey area.

Everything was good, starting from the check-in time to the spacious room..

I had an issue with the receptionist his name is Morad. I asked him for an extra room key and he refused to give it to me. and He was RUDE. He said no more keys at the same time he opened the drawer and took one key in his hand !! I think he wanted to show that he had, but he doesn't want to give me . Is this a four Star hotel receptionist behavior??? what if I lost my key? then what shall I do? go to sleeping at the street??? At the checkout time, I spoke with the manager, and she was very professional and respectful, which I really appreciated and gave me a good impression about how they will deal with this issue.

The staff was excellent especially Murat very helpful.

Everything was perfect.The rooms were big,comfy and clean.The breakfast was delicious.The shuttle helped us a lot to get to Taksim,Nisantasi or Osmanbey and back to the hotel.The hotel was just perfect.

Room and bathroom are decently well made, shuttle service provided by the hotel to 3 points is exceptionally efficient and useful. Gym, steam sauna and pool are good. Location is not far away from Taksim which is the main go to area! The reception staff were very good, check in and checkout were very smooth without any negative stories which are there in most reviews of Istanbul hotels.

The shower hook and a couple of small fittings in the bathroom were broken and needed attention, Housekeeping can do a better job with keeping towels efficiently and the room can be a bit better cleaned. Elevators are dimly lit and overall hotel rooms need a bit of a maintenance in my opinion.

The spa facilities were amazing and the room was so clean and spacious. I really liked the free shuttle service, it was helpful to get to Taksim.

A good hotel with great spa-zone (included in the price). Sauna, steam room, hammam, swimming pool available from 8AM to 23PM. Room could be cleaner, several moderate stains on the floor and in other places were left. Service is great, stuff is very respectable and they mostly understand English. Restaurant is severely overpriced, but breakfast is exceptional. Location is pretty good - 15 minutes walk from Taksim square, they also have free transfer to airport, Taksim and some other places. Not much to do within 10-15 walk radius though (however the nearby area is perfectly safe even late at night, just a normal dormitory area with nothing much to do).

Rooms should be cleaner, room service didn't clean dust. Restaurant is very overpriced. They have policy which doesn't allow food/drinks to be taken into your room. They don't enforce it, but it just makes no sense other than trying to force you to order from their overpriced restaurant. Doesn't look good at all, even though they don't enforce it (if they would - I would rate the hotel 5-6 at most, it would be a huge violation of my rights).
