Staff was very friendly, all of front desk staff.
Kept my luggage after check out,let me use their washroom when I came to pick up my luggage, let me sit comfortably in a waiting area.
Helped me charge my mobile etc.

Convenient location if you like the Opera area
The bathtub was unusually high, climbing in would be an issue for most people especially the elderly and water containment was poor. The bathroom floor was very wet. Hair dryer was awful.

"Buona colazione, ottima posizione, letti grandi e supercomodi. Stanza silenziosa, si dorme benissimo"
