Le service de valet parking paye et réservé en avance n’était pas disponible, emplacement impossible de décharger les bagages, le chantier dans la cour. Chambre petite, ne correspondait pas aux photos. Service d’étage pas en hauteur. Petit déjeuner non plus.

it was nice. lots of nice detail in the room but would probably not stay here again.

unique decor. location was pretty good. pool was fun.

Hotel is very pricey. Staff was not as friendly as other places we have stayed. Breakfast not served early enough so we had to go to the airport at 7 am without eating.

excellent choice for paris

the staff could but have been nicer and efficient. the location if you want to be in the 1st if prime.

the room service menu wasn’t great and could be made better by offering simple meals that one wants for the night.

Great hotel!

Excellent central location in Paris, down a quiet side street a couple of minutes from the Tuileries. The Louvre, Eiffel Tower and Seine are all a comfortable walk away. The staff were really helpful and the hotel is lovely. Great food in the restaurant, too.

Best hotel I've stayed at in Paris

Everything. Such friendly staff. Relaxed breakfast with good options. Beautiful clean room with everything working as it should. Superb location, 10 mins walk to The Louvre. Extra quiet.

Nobody's fault at all but the terrace had to be closed due to a broken glass panel. Didn't really affect the stay, though. Veg omelette had ham in it but still enjoyed.

Good hotel in a very convenient location.

Great location between Opera and the Louvre. Room was comfortable and clean.

The pool and spa are very small.

Superb

Beautiful location, lovely breakfast in airy restaurant. We had the spa to ourselves each time we used it. The staff were very friendly and kind. Location was great, we walked everywhere!

nicely designed hotel in a good location

great location, small hotel, quiet, nice decoration from maison sarah lavoine. friendly staff.

s bit pricy for what you get. no water in the room. the breakfast area is bot great, very noisy. you can hear the staff chatting in the kitchen. the front desk was apologetic and offered the breakfast.

no complimentary water in the room (only tap). come on. the rate per night is 500 eur i was double charged for my stay the breakfast was small with not too many options
