The location was exceptional
Wasn’t great value for money, the rooms were outdated.
The staff at the reception need to improve with their English.
The cleaning service was terrible. They left our room open in 2 separate occasions.

Everything about this hotel is top class, from the facilities, pool, beach and most importantly the staff are just plain outstanding!! Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go out of their way to go the extra mile!!

The location and swimming directly into the ocean is spectacular. The sunsets and hotel architecture are amazing. The location and surroundings of the hotel are truly magical.
For the price, the beds should be more comfortable and room service should occur every day.

The hotel itself and the location are stunning - our 3rd time here. It is a haven of tranquility in increasingly busy Kas, but easy to get to the old town with the handy bus that runs twice an hour. The pool is an actual proper swimming pool, and there are plenty of sun loungers where you can jump almost straight into the sea. Friendly and helpful staff (although English is sometimes very limited). Breakfast is good, and they will make you eggs or omelette too. We will definitely be back again!
Kas is now quite “Instagram friendly”, as is the hotel so it’s sometimes hard to move for people draped across things having photo shoots or narrating into a selfie stick.
Hotel bar was quite expensive, especially for wine. But alcohol in Kas itself has also got more expensive so maybe keeping pace.
Occasionally our room didn’t get cleaned, but I don’t mind the room not being done every day.
