Breakfast was okay, not very great. The only good thing about the hotel is its proximity to phase-1 metro station.

The toiletries could have been generously provided in this tariff. When asked for the shampoo, the guy at the reception curtly refused it. The floor was dirty. The balcony was pathetic and looked like not been broomed since months. The looks of the room were far from what was shown in the pictures on the website. Felt cheated. The only saving grace was the food, which was delicious. Full credit to the cook.

The staff was really helpful the place was clean

The staff was really helpful and extremely polite. They took care of all our requests at the earliest and made sure we were comfortable. Rohan was really sweet and helped us with everything we needed.

I liked the people and the property. Rahul was helpful and the place felt safe. Friendly people here and it was a very comfortable stay.

Location is very good. Food is very good and they provided even after the closing. Front desk manager Mr Rahul was very helpful and is delighted with his outstanding Customer service. My stay this time is for a week for a family requirement. I will certainly visit again and stay in this property. Great property with very reasonable price. Very safe place for family.

Beds were hard. In the name of balcony there was a common terrace with an old glass door.

Not comfortable. Not clean. Not value for money. I paid 4l for this could have easily gotten a 5 star for 6k

I feel like the hotel could cost less given the facilities available.
